All accessories sold on our site are intended for use with tobacco only. If you do not intend to use our products legally, you may not purchase them.

Smoking accessories may only be purchased by customers of legal age under federal, state, and local law. By browsing or purchasing any such accessory, you verify that you are of legal age, 18+.

We attempt to make our product descriptions as accurate as possible. However Love + Destroy cannot guarantee that all information will be accurate and is not liable for any resulting inconveniences.

CBD products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18. This product should be used only as directed on the label. It should not be used if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult with a physician before use if you have a serious medical condition or use prescription medications. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

CBD product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. As the consumer, it is your responsibility to know your local, state and federal laws before making your purchase. All products on this website are intended for legal use. Prior to purchasing a product(s) on this website, you should confirm legality of the product in the state where you request shipment

SHIPPING

Some items are intended for tobacco use only and cannot be shipped to the following states: AL, AR, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MS, MO, NE, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT. You must be 21 or older to purchase. 

All orders are shipped USPS Express Priority Mail; this shipping option does not include insurance. Love + Destroy is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. 

Buyer must pay return shipping fees for any returned items and your initial shipping fee will not be refunded. 

DEFECTS + WARRANTIES

Our team inspects every piece for flaws before it leaves our studio. However, all items are made to order by 3D printing or handcrafted, and not every item is exactly the same. Slight variation in color, finish or patterns are to be expected and are not considered flaws. We hope you agree that these minor imperfections contribute to the over-all story and originality of each piece. 

In the event you feel you have a defective item, please contact customer service with a description of the problem. We’ll diagnose the issue, and then offer to either replace the item or issue you a store credit upon determination of a defect.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on broken ceramic and glass items. Our products are fragile by nature, and that they lose their value when broken. Please treat these items with care.

Love + Destroy is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.

While on our site, we collect personal information only in the effort to correctly and fully process your order. We will not sell, share, or rent any of your personal information for any reason.  All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.

LOVE + DESTROY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
